How does payment work?

Payments are processed securely via Paystack. For in-shop bookings, the full amount is charged at confirmation. For home service, a 50% deposit is taken upfront and the remainder after the service.
What happens if a barber cancels?

You'll receive a full refund and can choose a replacement barber. We'll also apply a discount on your next booking as compensation.
Is home service available everywhere?
+
Home service is available with barbers who have opted in. Each barber sets their own travel radius and fee. You can filter for home service barbers on the explore screen.
How do I join as a barber?

Download the app, sign up as a barber, complete your profile, and submit your ID for verification. Once approved (24–48 hours), you'll be live on the platform.
What is the commission rate?

Skodz charges 10% on each completed booking. No monthly fees — you only pay when you earn.
Which cities is Skodz available in?
