Common questions
How do I cancel a booking?

Open the Skodz app → My Bookings → select the booking → Cancel. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the appointment receive a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method via Flutterwave.
My barber didn't show up. What do I do?

Email support@skodz.com immediately with your booking reference. We'll issue a full refund and apply a credit to your next booking within 24 hours.
How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account or data?

Visit skodz.com/delete-data or email support@skodz.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll process your request within 7 days.
I'm a barber — how do I contact payout support?

Email support@skodz.com with your barber profile name and booking reference. Payout queries are handled within 1 business day.
